Thank you for your interest in our company and for visiting our website. The protection of your personal data is certainly important to us. That's why we take into account all applicable personal data protection laws.

Information on data protection acc. GDPR
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will have direct legal effects in Germany as of 25.05.2018. We are therefore obliged to inform you about the processing of your personal data (i.e. name, address).
We only use your information for reservations in our restaurant. All purposes of the processing of your personal data are shown below under point 2.

2. What kinds of personal information about me are processed? For what purposes and on what legal basis is the processing carried out?
We process the personal data: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number.
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of processing your request / reservation.

3. There is absolutely no disclosure of your personal data to other recipients.

4. There is absolutely no transfer of your personal data to or in third countries.

5. For how long will my personal data be stored?
Personal data will be stored for the purposes stated under point 2. as long as necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes.

6. What rights do I have regarding the processing of my personal data?
In particular, you have the following rights with respect to personal data concerning you:
Right to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
Right to rectification if the stored data related to you are incorrect, outdated or otherwise incorrect (Art. 16 GDPR),
Right to erasure if the storage is inadmissible, if the purpose of the processing is fulfilled and the storage is therefore no longer required or if you have revoked a given consent to the processing of certain personal data (Art. 17 GDPR),
Right to restriction of processing if one of the grounds listed in Art. 18 para. 1 lit. a) to d) of the GDPR (Art. 18 GDPR),
Right to transfer the personal data you provide to you (Art. 20 GDPR),
Right to revoke a given consent, whereby the revocation does not affect the legality of the processing which has been carried out until then on the basis of the consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) and
Right to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

7. From what sources does the processed personal data come from?
We process personal data that we receive from you during the inquiry / reservation.

Right of revocation
At any time you can object the processing of your personal data without giving reasons. We will delete the personal data after receipt of the revocation. In the case of a justified objection, we will no longer process the personal data for the purposes concerned and will delete the data, unless we can prove compelling reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. Collection and processing of personal data:
When you visit our website no personal information is collected from you. By default, our web server will store and evaluate the name of your Internet service provider, the website from where you are visiting us, the pages you visit, the amount of data transmitted, the date and duration of the visit for statistical purposes and to ensure system security. Personal data will only be collected if you use our online service offers and you provide us with the required data. We use cookies on individual websites in order to be able to make the services available to you more individually. The data collected is anonymous. You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies. So the use of cookies becomes transparent for you.

8. Plugin and Tool - Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font will be used by your computer.

9. Plugin and Tool - Google Maps
This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
